You are invaluable and you need to know that and carry that in confidence. In our society today, people are considered dispensable. How many times have we heard an employer say, *any one can be replaced.* While the position or spot may be refilled, that doesn’t mean you are dispensable. Not one person is dispensable. Each one of us has unique attributes that one way or the other has us bring a different value to the table. While our latest video is geared primarily towards the work place, Donna and Nadine discuss the importance of knowing your self worth and to embrace it. More importantly, work towards not letting anyone take it away from you under any circumstances. Maybe you are no longer the right fit for the job you’ve been doing, or your personal relationship is not continuing on the same journey it has since it started. Often in those instances when a relationship is coming to an end, there are disparaging comments about the person on the other side of the relationship. Don’t let those allow you to diminish your self worth. If it’s not in the current relationship, somewhere and with someone else it will be.
