Nadine and Donna want you to learn how to treat yourself the way you would treat a good friend. In life, we tend to go out of our way for others, whether it be children, parents, other family members and our friends. We are often nicer to stranger than ourselves. In this episode we talk about how to be kind to ourselves and how just buying a small bouquet of flowers can brighten our days.
